What helps us help you well

The more specific the message, the better the answer. A photograph of a coin's obverse and reverse tells us more than three paragraphs describing it. An order number resolves a delivery question in minutes. A clear question gets a clear answer. Here's what makes the conversation faster, on either side of it.

01
For a valuation Photograph both sides, in even daylight, against a plain background. If it's slabbed, photograph the certification number too. Note any provenance you know — previous owners, auctions, when and where it was acquired.
02
For an order Include your order number from the confirmation email and a one-line summary of the issue. Photographs of damaged packaging, where applicable, help us file a courier claim quickly.
03
For a stock query The fastest path is sending the gallery page link or SKU. We'll confirm availability, condition, and any provenance details that aren't in the listing.
04
For a research question Be specific about what you've already looked at. Naming the source you're checking against — Hern, Levine, an auction record — helps us pick up exactly where you've stopped.
