Grades—whether provided by third-party grading companies or internal assessment—are inherently subjective. Variations may occur between grading services, collectors, or dealers.

Jardines Galleries reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or availability errors before dispatching an order.

3. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed only once full payment has been received and verified.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust an order if:

• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• Incorrect or incomplete information is supplied
• An item has been incorrectly priced or listed
• Export, import, or compliance restrictions apply

5. Payment

6. Shipping

Returns and refunds are accepted only under our official Returns & Refund Policy.

• Market fluctuations
• Buyer’s change of mind

8. Authentication & Grading

Items sold with third-party certification (NGC, PMG, PCGS) are guaranteed genuine by the grading company, not by Jardines Galleries.

Raw or ungraded items are sold based on our good-faith assessment and available information.

9. Buyer Conduct

Buyers must provide accurate and truthful information, including identity documentation where required by law (e.g. FIC compliance).

Fraudulent behaviour may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of orders
• Account restrictions
• Reporting to relevant authorities

10. Limitation of Liability

Jardines Galleries is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Courier delays or losses outside our control
• Market price changes
• Grading discrepancies or subjective grading opinions

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. All disputes fall under South African jurisdiction.
