Four · The process

How it works.

Four stages between a first submission and a final payout. We do not list anything we cannot stand behind, and we do not commit to terms until you have agreed to them in writing.

i Submit your item

Provide details and clear images — front, back, and key details such as dates, mint marks, and any certification.

ii Evaluation & agreement

We assess authenticity, demand, and indicative value. Terms are confirmed in writing before any listing.

iii Listing & marketing

Accepted items are professionally presented to our collector network and on the public Shop.

iv Sale & payout

After sale, payout is made less the agreed commission and any approved fees. No surprises.

Response timeline. We aim to reply within seven business days. You will receive an acceptance with proposed terms, a request for more information, or a polite decline. Either way, you hear back.

Any indicative value is non-binding and subject to authentication and prevailing market conditions.
We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion, without explanation.
Shipping, insurance, grading, and third-party fees (where applicable) are discussed separately.

Submit your item.

Provide as much detail as possible and upload clear images. Minimum recommended: front, back, and one detail close-up.

Image guidance. Use good lighting, sharp focus, and include close-ups of dates, mint marks, certification numbers, and any visible defects or toning. The better the images, the faster the evaluation.
