Six · Standard giveaway rulesBy submitting your entry you confirm that you have read and accept the following standard giveaway terms. These terms comply with South Africa's Consumer Protection Act, Section 36 (promotional competitions) and are reviewed before each giveaway.
Eligibility
Open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and over. Employees of Jardines Galleries and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. One entry per person, per giveaway — duplicate entries will be removed before the draw.
How to enter
Complete the registration form on this page in full. Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. Entries submitted after the closing date stated on the giveaways page will not be considered.
The draw
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries within seven days of the closing date. The draw is fairly conducted and overseen by an independent person, as required by the Consumer Protection Act. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification
The winner will be notified by email to the address provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within fourteen days of notification, Jardines Galleries reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
The prize
The prize is the specific item described on the current giveaway card, in the condition stated and as photographed. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Delivery within South Africa is included and is by insured courier.

No. Entry is completely free and no purchase is necessary. We run these giveaways as a way of saying thank you to the collecting community.
How many times can I enter?
One entry per person, per giveaway. Duplicate entries are removed before the draw to keep the process fair.
When will I know if I've won?
The draw happens within seven days of each giveaway's closing date. The winner is notified by email; if you don't hear from us within ten days of closing, you weren't drawn this time.
Can I enter from outside South Africa?
Currently the giveaways are open to South African residents only, due to courier insurance and customs considerations.
